Refunds

There will be no cancellations/exchanges/refunds unless the seller is at fault.

We do not offer any returns/refunds for wrong sizing unless seller is at fault and wrong item or size was delivered from that which was ordered. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

If your item is defective and a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit. We will attempt to exchange the item if it is in stock.  

Refund for a defective item: You must contact us within 48 hour of delivery. Once a refund is approved, you have 5 business days to return the defective item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may seem. With us being a new and small business, our returns team is unable to handle large return requests at this time unless we are at fault or a mistake. We hope you can be understanding with us during this great time of us launching our new business.
